I would be concerned that your hard drive is failing. Regularly corrupt files and slow running (does Windows 10 also seem slow sometimes?) are warning signs. Scan the hard drive for errors with the built-in Windows utility, or with something built into your BIOS, to see if anything looks wrong. It might be possible to move the affected files and map out the bad clusters, but you might also consider replacing the drive.

I had intermittent issues (thankfully not with every launch) like this and replaced the drive in my laptop a couple weeks ago, which set everything right.
