I just updated to the latest version of FIREFOX 114.0 on Ubuntu 22.04. However, whenever a website looks for the version it is reported as 86. I am not using the SNAP version and it does not show up in SNAP LIST. Several websites have rejected access because of an outdated browser. Is this a bug or a setting that needs fixing? Thanks in advance.

Do you use any add-ons similar to "User Agent Switcher" or "Random User Agent" that modifies how your browser identifies itself to websites so it can masquerade as a different Firefox version or entirely different browser?

If you need to see what user agent your browser sends to random websites, I have a test page where the user agent string appears in red:
