Is there any way to make the tabs more clearly defined from one another? All the tabs seem to blend together visually. There is no line that separates each tab from the one next to it. It's very annoying visually. Can this be changed with a setting?

You can do that with a userChrome.css file which you create yourself. Remove the blank space from the link below.
