I have been playing a game on facebook for years. 4 days ago It stopped working. Other players are saying that they had to switch browsers ( to Chrome and others) and they are able to play the games. Why can I not play on Firefox?

Does the game work in a new profile? An easy way to test a new profile is to install Developer Edition and see if it works there or refresh your existing profile. Make sure you stay signed out of your sync account when testing.

I did both of your suggestions. I logged out and signed back and I still cannot play any games on facebook. I do not want start a new profile as I am on level 29 and do not want to start over. Mergest Kingdom is what I am trying to load. Here is one of the comments on Mercgest Kingdom group. This shows that I am not the only one having problems. Debbie Sarver Just found out that it might be the browser you are using. I have an Asus laptop with a second monitor and have been using Firefox for 23 years but when I checked my Apple AirMac which uses Safari the game played, and now I am back at my Asus laptop using Chrome to play it. The DEVS really need to get their shit together. So my question is did you do an update that does not work?

Mergest Kingdom works for me on MSN and CrazyGames.

Your Facebook account should keep track of any game progress.

You can install Developer Edition and test the game there without affecting your main Firefox installation.

I went to Crazy Games. Signed in with facebook. Mergest Kingdom came up to level one. How do I get my played game back? I also went into the developer edition, it will not load. I signed up another account and when I click on mergest Kingdom I get a message Games can’t be played with this type of profile. Please switch to your personal profile to play. Please just fix firefox so the games will work on facebook. I shouldn't have to change everything on my end because you won't fix what ever you did to make it stop working.
