Although the information you give is little, I'm thinking you probably have some extension that causing this faulty behavior.

this issue is known with ancient versions of the Yahoo! Toolbar: Please go to Tools > Add-ons . Click the Extensions pane. Now, click the Yahoo! Toolbar item and hit the Uninstall button.

thanks I have no veiw edit and i have no tools to click

Tap ALT in your keyboard. That will make the menu bar temporarily available (until you tap ALT a again or click anywhere else in the window). If you want to make it permanently available, go into View > Toolbars and select "Menu Bar". You can also do it by rightclicking anywhere in the toolbar (the reload button is fine for that) and selecting "Menu Bar".
