Firefox crashes when attempting to print from browser. IE won't print either, but no crash. Unable to access troubleshooting information. Crashes might coincide with IE update to 8. Firefox had a no print issue but with no crash prior to that upgrade. If I remember IE did not print with ver. 7 but Firefox did at that time, not an issue then, cause I rarely used IE. I have seen older print issue articles tied to ver. 7 that no longer apply. Printer spools fine, will print from any/all other applications.
