Recently I have been unable to print (error 30) but can print with Chrome or Explorer
I used to be able to print but for the past few weeks, I cannot and get the message "activation error" 'code 30" Then I get a messaage saying 'an unknown error occured while printing' The printer is fine and I can print from Chrome and Explorer
