Ok, when I reset the network settings to auto detect, no proxy or use system settings it continually wants to revert back to the manual proxy settings Socks Host: 127.0.0.1 port 7070 and plimus.com,regnow.com. This cause my pages not to load. I have checked my network settings and disabled netbios over tcp and no sharing. Tried to block outgoing connections on port 7070 with my firewall but have to allow something. When I set the auto configuration the pages load for a few times then have to reset the connections again. I am at a loss.

Disabling the extension (add-on) FireShot did it for me =)

I used MalwareBytes and found something calle PUM Proxy . I removed it and it stopped the problem in IE9 , but not in Firefox. I'm going to try rebooting one more time.

go to Help Menu -> select "Restart with Add-ons Disabled"

Firefox will close then it will open up with just basic Firefox. You can enable the Add-ons later. Check and tell if its working.
