I cannot seem to sync. I DO HAVE MY SYNC KEY, but cannot remember my username / email I set it up with. Is there any way I can obtain which email or username I set it up with?

I got new computer at work. I no longer possess the old computer.

However, I do have the sync key that I saved after I set up the sync account on the old computer. Only thing missing is username/email that I set it up with.

When I tried to set up the sync on new computer, it does not recognize email/username and password. When I thought it just might be the password I could not remember, I tried to request a password reset, but it does not seem to recognize the one email I was absolutely sure I set it up with, nor does it seem to recognize the others that could be an option.

I know I had to enter and email to obtain the key and there are only a few that I would have used to set it up, so why will it not recognize the email/username I thought it was for sure or any of the others that it may possibly be? Please help!

I don't think so. The only way is to try every email that you ever have to see if Sync recognizes. Without the email or password, you won't be able to recover your Sync information with the Sync key only, sorry.

Unless you still have backed up your Profile from the old PC, which will have the email/password information stored there.
