I am trying to set up Sync between my two computers and a newly acquired Droid X Phone. I tried to set up a new account but when I entered my email address it said it was already in use. Tried to log in to existing account but I don't remember the account name or password. Apparently I must have tried to set up Sync a while ago but didn't finish.

Where do I go from here? Thanks Clyde McNeilly

Try this on both your computers, unless you remember which one you initially used to set up Sync.

Firefox button (or Tools menu item) > Options > Security
hit the Saved Passwords button, then hit Show Passwords - look at the top of that list for chrome://weave(MozillaServicesPassword) and underneath the (MozillaServicesEncyrptionPassphrase)

That is the information you need for setting up an additional device.

Thanks, but I couldn't click on Show Passwords because it was not highlighted. Clyde McNeilly
