Was that button created by an add-on that got disabled?

As a temporary workaround, you could install the Print Edit add-on. Even if you aren't interested in editing in Print Preview, which is its main function, it adds a little Print flyout menu onto the right-click menu that includes Print Preview. It's especially handy in dialog-style windows where you can't access menus or toolbars.

The button was an add-on that got disabled when I downloaded the latest version. However, the Print Edit add-on that you recommended works fine, and it gives me the added capability of editing if I need it. Thanks for your help. ......
