'WOW Six full pages of help request since I wrote this issue. Not to worry your busy heads about it. I found and fixed the problem. Now to share the remedy in hopes of helping others with similar issues. I had downloaded and installed"AVERY LABEL MAKING SOFTWARE" that changed my .jpeg settings to .jar After un- installing the app and manually resetting the application to open correctly (as original) it performed flawlessly. Thank you for any extra steps anyone has taken on my behalf. STAY STRONG
