Just trying to figure out how to change my profile so that when I find information while using Firefox, i can either cut or copy and paste that information to an email, a word doc, or some other application. Use the keyboard if the buttons on the web page aren't working.

  • Copy: Ctrl+C or Ctrl+Insert
  • Paste: Ctrl+V or Shift+Insert
  • Cut: Ctrl+X or Shift+Delete

You need to add permissions to allow a website to access the clipboard if you want to use buttons on a toolbar on a web page.

You can install the AllowClipboard Helper extension to make it easier to manage those permissions.
