How do I keep http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/10.0.2/whatsnew/ from overriding my home page after upgrading to this version of Firefox?
Windows XP, SP3. Just started with upgrade to 10.0.2. Original home pages also open in separate tabs. It's an annoyance.

Also check for problems with the preferences:
Problem solved. The "prefs.js" file was set to read-only. I had done it deliberately a while back to keep my home page setting from being changed by mal-ware, and had forgotten what I had done.
