What is this that you are wanting a registration code for? You don't need a registration code for Firefox, if you did pay for Firefox please contact your financier immediately to cancel that transaction.

I did order the firefox that comes with the password. Just the standard $9.99 for 1 year.

If i didnt get the registration should I be concerned it was a scam then?

There is no Firefox that requires a subscription, you have been scammed. The only place to get Firefox (which is free, always has been and always will be) is getfirefox.com.

Immediately contact your credit card company, cancel your credit card, and change all passwords you use on the internet. Also uninstall any programs you installed from this scan site, and run full anti virus scans. Run tools such as http://www.malwarebytes.org/ and http://support.kaspersky.com/faq/?qid=208283363.
