I am unable to print pages in the correct size format out of Firefox, ANY PAGE! My print outs are super small and useless, I have to sue Explorer if I intend to make a print out of the webpage I am looking at. I checked into the Page setup settings, not much to set up there other than margins, orientation and scale. Scale is set to "shrink to fit", I tried others, to no avail. I checked the WINDOWS XP printer properties, which are set correctly to letter size print of the default laser printer. In preview the page looks like a very narrow 4x6 label page. I do have an optional label printer using that format, I have suspicion it is associated with Firefox and stuck for some reason. if I want to print a webpage it divides one normal page into 14 sections of those small pages. I checkd Tools->Options, nothing I can change there in regards to printers and formats. I have suspicion the default printer for just Firefox is set to my Zebra label printer, but even if I set it to the default laser printer of the system in the print screen, the small size of the label printer stays, and the print out is being divided onto those fourteen 4x6 size pages. HOW DO I CHANGE THIS?

Adjust the print scale:

  • File > Page Setup > "Format & Options": Scale (unselect: "Shrink to fit page width")

Try the Reset on the page that cor-el linked. Clear all the prefs for that particular printer.
