You say, "At the top of the Firefox window, click Firefox"... that's not on my screen anywhere. Where do I go?
Firefox crashes all the time when I try to open particular websites, such as banks and Paypal. I would love to "reset" it or try something you suggest, but you say "At the top of the Firefox window, click the Firefox button" and there's nothing at the top of the window on the screen I'm looking at. I'm in the Mozilla Support screen but I've gone to others. What am I missing?
