yesterday when I went onto Firefox and new toolbar appeared with buttons like: "clean your pc", "speed up pc" (I don't have a pc), "hottest games", "pricegong", "convert files" . . . Where did it come from? What should I do about it? Got an email from India on how to get rid of it . . . I have Firefox 19 Use a Mac OSX Thank You.

I so thank you for your quick response. However, when I went to the applications folder, no "Babylon" was found. "Systweak" is the company? that claims ownership of this toolbar, but that was not found in my applications folder either. Any other suggestions? Thank you.

for an easy fix you can also try to reset firefox, this should get rid of all third-party customizations, but keep your bookmarks & passwords...
