There is "Compatibility View" in Tools menu of Internet Explorer 9 . That function help to see

        some web pages in proper format. I need that function in Firefox 20.0 but I can not find it.

No, Firefox only has two modes: standards and "quirks" (based on the page itself). There is isn't a special mode for IE7 compatibility or other intermediate versions along the path to modernity. Sorry!

Do you want to give a URL for the non-working site and describe where it's failing? Perhaps someone is familiar with a workaround.
