I had Bluhell firewall addon installed prior to clearing Firefox data, in android phone settings, but now I can't reinstall it. I didn't disable it prior to clearing Firefox data in the android settings

Thanks for the response but I literally just solved it. It was the firfox app data I had to clear, within the android phone app settings, when I opened firefox after that and attempted to install Bluhell it wouldn't install, however when I clicked on the developers name and went through to his page it did install from their. Once again thanks for the response I was having trouple finding my post to alter it's status, I didn't realize the forum only worked in desktop.

Hello, Can you please provide a couple of details

  • What was the Firefox (on Android) data that you cleared?
  • Once you cleared the FF data did you try opening the BluHell addon?
  • Once you realized that the BluHell addon wasn't working, did you attempt to remove the plugin and then install?

One option will be to find the plugin data that is stored on the browser and delete that add-on manually

Though, I am not 100% sure of how this is applicable for Android devices. Others who know this more can suggest accordingly.

Hope this helps.
