I've been uploading jpgs to Saatchi but suddenly can't anymore, though the upload is successful with IE.

I've been uploading jpg files to SaatchiOnline using Firefox for a few weeks with no problems. Last night and tonight when I do this, I get an error message: There was an error with your upload. Please try again. No matter how many times I try again, I still get this message. When I try to upload the images with IE, the upload is successful.

It is possible that anti-virus software is interfering with uploading the files

Try to disable the real-time (live) scanning of files in your anti-virus software temporarily to see if that helps.

It is possible that your security software (firewall, anti-virus) blocks or restricts Firefox or the plugin-container process without informing you, possibly after detecting changes (update) to the Firefox program.

Remove all rules for Firefox and the plugin-container from the permissions list in the firewall and let your firewall ask again for permission to get full unrestricted access to internet for Firefox and the plugin-container process and the updater process.
