Firefox crashes
Firefox keeps crashing even though I installed an earlier and lighter version FF 21
Any idea as what's causing these crashes is welcome with gratitude

Don't use Firefox 21, it's actually more unstable than later versions plus being insecure.
Please update to Firefox 30 (Update Firefox to the latest release) and then see if you are still getting crashes. If you are, please type about:crashes into your address bar, press enter, and copy and paste the Crash ID starting with bp-
Note that your System Details List shows multiple Flash plugins.
- Shockwave Flash 14.0 r0
- Shockwave Flash 12.0 r0
- Shockwave Flash 11.9 r900
- Shockwave Flash 11.8 r800
- Shockwave Flash 11.5 r502
You can find the installation path of all plugins on the about:plugins page.
You can check the Flash player installation folder for multiple Flash player plugins and remove older version(s) of the plugin (NPSWF32) and possibly (re)install the latest Flash player.
- (32 bit Windows) C:\Windows\System32\Macromed\Flash\
- (64 bit Windows) C:\Windows\SysWOW64\Macromed\Flash\
You can check for problems with current Shockwave Flash plugin versions and try this:
- check for updates for your graphics drive drivers
https://support.mozilla.org/kb/upgrade-graphics-drivers-use-hardware-acceleration - disable protected mode in the Flash plugin (Flash 11.3+ on Windows Vista and later)
- disable hardware acceleration in the Flash plugin

Try to set the Flash plug to click-to-play by setting the permissions for Flash to "Ask To Activate" in "Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Plugins". That way you can activate the Flash plugin when you need it via the Lego block icon on the location bar.
Thank you for your replies, the problem remains even though corrected the issues

You can try to disable hardware acceleration in Firefox.
- Tools > Options > Advanced > General > Browsing: "Use hardware acceleration when available"
You need close and restart Firefox after toggling this setting.
