trying to log on to "securedrawer.com" using firefox.. Arrive at the site and click on "Logon" . Screen switches to blue bar (I assume downloading "silverlight" or some other program. Screen stops after blue bar stops. Switch to Chrome. Repeat process. When blue bar stops the securedrawer logon screen appears and I can logon to the site. Why is Firefox hanging up and what can I do to correct the problem? Started logon process 10/39/14. FF was automatically updated 11/1/14. nothing changed.

Hi everett-j,

I was able to load the website correctly on my Firefox v33.0.

Please be sure to download the latest version of Silverlight while using your Firefox browser:
