Not able to locate Shockwave plugin

I need to enable the Adobe Flash player for some of the portals I am using. On my HP laptop, I am unable to locate the Shockwave Flash in the list of plugins for Firefox, I tried manually installing but it is not working. Could you help me out on this.

Hi, no, I Can't see Shockwave Flash showing up on your plugins for Firefox.

You can check if it's installed on your PC - Start Menu > Control Panel > Programs, and look for Adobe Flash Player NPAPI.

If you need to install it, you can do it from here (deselect the McAfee offer)!

If your question is resolved by this or another answer, please take a minute to let us know. Thank you.

Best to download Flash from here - no surprises with "extras". https://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/distribution3.html
