upper case is not working in firefox.
as you can see i can't get any characters to work on the shift key. has anyone else had this problem/ i am using windows 10. the keyboard works normally in edge, and also in other Microsoft programs such as word. i can cut and past into the webpage and uppercase characters then work, as does spellcheck 9that's why microsoft looks correct0

Do you have this problem outside Firefox?
Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac Options) key, and then starting Firefox. Is the problem still there?

Having more than one version of a program may cause issues.
You must remove the older programs. Then get the current full installer.
Did you try to reboot the computer?
Also check what keyboard layout is active.
It is possible that the keyboard layout has been switched by accident by using the key sequence to rotate the keyboard layout.

Windows remembers the keyboard layout setting per application and you may have changed the keyboard layout by accident via a keyboard shortcut.
