How to migrate all email addresses, from emails recieved, to contacts on mass

I would like to send a cascade email to all senders of emails we have received enquiries from. Any ideas how this can be done without having to individually enter the email addresses into Contacts? Perhaps by using a spreadsheet to migrate email addresses to (how?) and then 'drop' all into Contacts, or straight into an email (address field)?

Assuming that these are not already in an address book, I'd use the email Address Crawler add-on to harvest email addresses from the messages.
