Will Firefox Quantum allow me to import "Description" in the properties field of a bookmark and edit it??

I love putting personal information in the description field of Bookmark Properties. When I download Firefox Quantum and start using it, will I be able to import that information with my html bookmark file? Will I continue to be able to edit the description field?

Yes, the ability to edit and add descriptions to bookmarks is still available in Firefox Quantum.
