how to access emails without new passwords every time

more options

Every time I try to access my email account, message says to add new password. Have changed and added new ones many times, still getting same message, not able to go further. Have uninstalled and reinstalled Thunderbird a few times, no change. Email access working on website Google mail. First time this happened, message said my account was compromised. Since then, no access. Is Thunderbird corrupted?
