What exactly do you mean by "I set up windown ... " ?
Did you change from one OS to another ?
(We don't do support via email or phone )

But : did you update to Windows 10 from an earlier Windows version, or did you switch to Windows from another OS (Operating System) ?
Did you use Sync without any problems before you 'set up' Windows 10 ?
None of the links that Pkshadow gave you were helpful ?

Did you change the password to your Sync account ?
If so : unless you have a backup of all your data, they are lost ......
Sync isn't intended to be a backup medium for Firefox data when the user re-installs the operating system. Its purpose is the "synchronize" Firefox data across multiple devices.
As far as the password for a Firefox Account goes, if the password is changed the Sync server clears all Sync data as the new Password can't decrypt the "saved" data.
yes i change password after windows setup.. but i need my old data.. anyway to recovery my data ?? its more impotent . please give me suggestion how i can ?
You can check if you have a C:\Windows.old folder with your personal data.

Maybe this could help :

If not : then read my earlier post about your data being lost unless you have a backup .......

As I stated, if you change your Firefox Account Password your Firefox data gets cleared from the Sync server. You shouldn't have changed the Firefox Account Password with the new Windows installation.
My advice is to try the free version of Recuva and see what you can recover. https://www.piriform.com/recuva
But chances are that whatever file fragments that application can recover from your former Firefox data files will probably be not usable.
