My sync account was lock because the confirmation email was returned. I fixed the email problem, how can i unlock my sync account please ?

Hello, My sync account was lock because the confirmation email was returned.

Here the message : "Sorry. We’ve locked your account. The confirmation email we sent to yourmail@mail.com was returned and we’ve locked your account to protect your Firefox data. If this is a valid email address, let us know and we can help unlock your account."

The "let us know" link goes to https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/ homepage.

I fixed the email problem. I am looking for a way to re-send the confirmation email to unlock my sync account . I didn't find a link to do so, please could anyone point me on the right direction ?

hi silma, if you know your mail address is working now, please wait 24 hours and then try to sign in again. if you're still having problems then please report back!

HI, just to confirm that you are Syncing Devices (plural) as will loose data if use it as a backup.

Can you not make another account with a different user name ? or different email address ?
