the message tells you to check out a saved temporary email. Unable to open the temporary file C:\Users\PLUMB\Desktop\2018-07-18\2018-07-18 001.jpg. Check your 'Temporary Directory' setting.

Is the temporary image file in that location ? Does your email contain an image called 2018-07-18 001.jpg
