"Reply" quotes correctly, but no longer shows WHO wrote the quote. This just happened 2 days ago. Update? Accidental change of settings?

When I am looking at an email in my Inbox, and hit the "Reply" button, it used to automatically quote the incoming email message, with a header that showed *who* originally wrote the message, along with the date and time. Two days ago, it changed: when I hit "Reply" now, it shows the original message as a quote, but there is no header info to document WHO wrote it.

Is this a result of an update? Or did I accidentally hit some setting and change it without realizing it? It's driving me crazy.

Example: 2 days ago: On 10/15/2018 6:24 PM, Dorian Blackthorne wrote: > It is an Amazon issue.

Now: > I quit counting at 30.

See the missing information? "On MM/DD/YYYY H:MM PM, Sender wrote: "

Note: the above examples are from the same Inbox, the same sender, the same email address. I can't see *any* difference between the two incoming emails from my point of view.

Do you have an add-on that, e.g., modifies the quoted content? Run TB in safe mode (hold Shift when you launch TB) and see if anything changes. Does this happen with replies to all messages? Perhaps it's only with messages with damaged headers.
