Old password manager - Lockwise is garbage , new search bar UI changes even worse MozillaSoft

Where is the option to bring back the old password manager, i don't care for lockwise. Why would I want to enter a password every time for each website unlike the old manager which showed all passwords when the master password was entered once.

This was a hack that worked until 77.0.1, just like the horrendous new Search Bar MozillaSoft is trying hard to force garbage on its users. Stop messing with the UI forcing constant CSS change to fix your Fuk up and forcing this new lockwise garbage on us.

signon.management.overrideURI set value to blank and delete what was in there

The code for the old Password Manager has been removed in Firefox 77, so it is no longer possible to get the old layout that shows all the passwords at once.

However you should only have to enter the master password once to inspect the passwords of more logins as long as you keep about:logins open (don't know if and how long it takes to timeout).

Great so they get rid of something that was useful and push this garbage.

I don't want to have to provide the master password for Every single site. This is just absurd.

thanks a lot MozilaSoft

I don't think you understand, after you type in master password you still have to type in the master password every time you want to reveal a password for each site. This is just asinine and nothing safer about this behavior than the prior password manager as you still need the master password to view all the passwords.

Just a retarded decision by mozillaSoft to implement this. It's about as popular as their new URL bar.
