After (almost) each update the Thunderbird icon pinned to taskbar in Windows 10 disappears. Actually, it is substituted with a blank/white rectangle icon. Clicking on it does not start Thunderbird but the system responds that the application was removed and allows me to remove the icon. I can (or I have to) then manually pin the Thunderbird icon from Start menu again to task bar. No other app on my taskbar (Chrome, Whatsapp...) that I update regularly shows this behavior.

Thank for the workaround. However, pinning the icon once again is much faster then running a script and restarting PC. If it is problem of Windows then OK, otherwise, maybe someone will find a bug in Thunderbird...
