GPG Key disappears after update to 91.8.0
Hi, after updating to Thunderbird 91.8.0 one of my GPG Keys is no longer shown and cannot be imported again. When trying to import I the error:
OpenPGP Alert Importing the keys failed.
This also happens when I use a completely new Thunderbird profile and also with 91.8.1 It's the same for multiple users on Linux and MacOS. All of which can fix this by downgrading to at least 91.7.0 The affected key can be found on: https://keys.openpgp.org/vks/v1/by-fingerprint/07B9BD485A78EAF7B9DBE96C4C423EBF340BD0C2 Interestingly the owner of the private key (which is not me) can still decrypt messages with it. Best regards
Endret

TB 91.8.1 is available now. It has fixes to OpenPGP problems. See https://www.thunderbird.net/en-US/thunderbird/91.8.1/releasenotes/
Thanks for the update. Unfortunately I can verify the problem still exists with Thunderbird 91.8.1 Best regards.
I did try beta and daily versions as of 20220421. All of them seemed affected. I did now also file a bug report.
After switching the key's Hash alg to SHA-512 the import worked as expected. Since SHA-1 is still supported by current GPG versions it still would be nice if those keys would not disappear with new TB Versions.
