When you select the built-in Dark theme, or if you install an Add-on dark theme, Firefox usually will signal websites automatically to use a dark theme if they have one. More info:

Since that won't cover very many sites, you might want to use an add-on to dark theme websites. This one is in the "Recommended Extensions" program:
