On my Tablet, the Bookmarks have decided to split into two folders :Bookmarks and Other Bookmarks. Not what I want. Is there any way that I can get them to combine to just Bookmarks?

Usually, Firefox for Android doesn't create any bookmark folders, it just shows a Desktop Bookmarks folder (if you use Sync with a Windows/Mac/Linux installation of Firefox) and then the individual mobile bookmarks. But I've had this device for 3 1/2 years, so maybe a fresher install behaves a bit differently.

Could you test: load a bookmarked page, and on the menu the "Add" item should now be "Edit". In Edit, you can switch the "folder" back to Bookmarks. Hopefully Firefox will take the clue for new bookmarks going forward?

Thanks for your response, sorry it's taken a while to get back to you. I tried what you recommended but didn't get any of the options you suggested. Is there any other way around this issue ? Kevin

Hi Kevin, if you are viewing a bookmarked page and you tap the menu button, do you have "Edit" on the menu to edit the bookmark?
