Support Problem
I am needing to speak with someone to get them to replace my "Pro" version that I have had for years. Recently someone at Adobe responded to my inquiry on another matter and when they did they somehow removed the "Pro" functions leaving me with some very basic version of Adobe that is not what I have always paid for. And, I need this corrected now as I'm up against a deadline. bold text

You can re-download Acrobat Pro from Adobe's site. It's probably easiest if you sign in to your Adobe account at https://account.adobe.com/ and look for the Your Product download links.
I have done what you said but cannot find anything called "Your Product download links." I need to either talk to someone about this or have someone access my screen and show me what is going on with it. Bob Gaddis

Hi Bob, this is Mozilla Support, for your Firefox browser. You need to get Acrobat Pro from Adobe. I guess you could download and install the trial version for the moment and then sign it in to your Adobe account. https://www.adobe.com/acrobat/acrobat-pro.html However, you may need to recontact Adobe support.
I don't want a trial version. I want the full version I have always had and paid for. I thought that you were Adobe support since I got your contact on Adobe's website under the word "Support". If you are not Adobe support, then please give me a phone number that actually goes to Adobe support. I will be glad to call them because relying on their website will only route me back to you. Adobe support is mentioned on bottom of https://www.adobe.com/acrobat/acrobat-pro.html where it says Get Acrobat support.
Mozilla does not have any involvement with any of Adobe's products including Acrobat Pro so I am not sure how you came here (to support.mozilla.org) thinking this is Adobe support. Adobe also has a community support forum at https://community.adobe.com/
What Mozilla supports here is listed on https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/ as you posted this thread in the (desktop) Firefox web browser section.
