This started appearing in the first inch of every commercial site I visit with the new version, "Congratulations! Every $5 spent at JCPenney earns you a chance to win a $500 gift card". I've run scans and nothing appears infected, yet I don't get this annoying block in IE. I've uninstalled and reinstalled firefox and when I did, the first thing to show up when it opened was a message that said, "You've joined the shop now..." something or another and I had to click okay-it was a microsoft OK message. How do I get rid of this?

I have finally gotten rid of the Shop to Win banner. Go under tools, then Add-ons. Look for Shop to Win and uninstall.
