Mozilla has asked me to download an upgrade as well as adobe flash for security; we run a 64 bit not 32 bit. Do I need the flash player or not because I don't have the yellow bar to instruct firefox to allow the adobe down load and I'm getting frustrated

Currently running Windows 7. Mozilla has asked me to download this upgrade for several weeks every time I open a web site. The download is installed and running however the Adobe download is not. It's telling me I need to download the Adobe flash player for security purposes. Adobe also says they'll be including a 64bit version in their next release.

Yes you need the Flash Player if you want to view videos. Also the yellow bar that is popping up is the Adobe DLM (Download Manager) which allows Firefox to download and install Adobe Flash Player
