When I try to add contacts to my live.com address, I continue to receive message now that says "My contacts are temporarily unavailable." When I checked with Microsoft Help, it recommended that I check with the browser I use. Perhaps there is a difficulty. If I were using IE, it would recommend that I optimize it. I use Firefox. So does it need to be optimized or is there interference between FF and my email service with Microsoft Hotmail Live. Help... this is my business acct and I need to get this corrected ASAP. Thank you.
