When I plug in a password for my sites, a dialog box pops up and asks me if I want to save the password, the only choices are: 'Not Now' and 'Never remember the password for this site'. There isn't a choice to save the password in the drop box.

That pop-up dialog should show a button labeled with "Remember Password" and only if you click the arrow next to the button then you see the other choices ("Never Remember Password for this site", "Not Now").
