Firefox presents blank pages when I try to access my bank on the internet. I must click on "allow" several times to get through.

The bank page appears blank with the text "Firefox prevented this page from automatically redirecting to another page". I must then click on "allow" to work through a series of blank pages before reaching the bank page itself.

This has not occurred with any other URL so far.

Solution worked fine. Many thanks.

One minor point. The solution said to click the Firefox button and then click Options. On my i-Mac the second button is called Preferences not Options.

Thanks for the feedback. As the link was a answer provided by a support person, it was specific to the platform of the user (asking the question). I should have picked up on that.

Rest assured that the support articles on the Firefox Help website provide the answers specific to the platform and version of Firefox it detects the user is running.

Thanks again.
