I need to stop a user from being able to delete any of their browsing history, can anyone please shed a light on how to do this? I don't want to stop users from being able to use Firefox but I need to stop them being able to delete any history.

This isn't really possible in Firefox (nor any browser). You'd be better off install a content monitor to track Internet Usage (please note there may be legal ramifications depending on the country you reside in)
