Annoying orange flash when click on an input

On Firefox for Android, when I tap on a textarea or an input, it becomes orange for half a second. It does that even when I want to scroll, but I first tap on the textarea. It is very annoying because it hurts the eyes. I would like to know if:

 - as a web master, how can I disable that on my viewers?
 - as a viewer, how can I disable that on my firefox?

Tapping and holding on text will highlight the text and then tapping on it will cause it to copy. This is the copy and paste feature. Sometimes scrolling in an awkward way or a lag/ freeze scroll may also cause this.
