It loads for me in Beta, Reload the webpage while bypassing the cache using one of the following steps:
- Hold down the Shift key and click the Reload button with a left click.
OR
- Press Ctrl + F5 or Ctrl + Shift + R (Windows and Linux)
- Press Command + Shift + R (Mac)
Let us know if this solves the issues you are having.
Endret
Do you get any error messages or do you just get an empty page?
Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).
- Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window.
ty for answers, still not working, some details below: error msg. : "The connection was interrupted The connection to internetbanking.intesasanpaolobank.ro was interrupted while the page was loading."
solutions that i tried:
- cleared the cache/cookies
- restarted with add-ons disabled
- using default theme
- enable/disable IPv6 (network.dns.disableIPv6)
- enable/disable DNS Prefetching (network.dns.disablePrefetch)
- antivirus system scan (kaspersky)
- internet connection settings, i tried on two different networks, wireless (different isp & equipment) and lan. this should be an issue anyway because on the same configuration with other browsers its working.
- used ssl test , passed on all
Do SSL addresses match non-SSL addresses? PASSED Does SSL encryption work? PASSED Is JavaScript enabled? PASSED Are cookies enabled? PASSED http://weblogin.bu.edu/troubleshooting?cmd=ssl
I get a secure connection that use thus cipher suite;
"internetbanking.intesasanpaolobank.ro: Connection Encrypted: High-grade Encryption (SSL_RSA_WITH_3DES_EDE_CBC_SHA, 112 bit keys)"
You can do a test for issues caused by one or more cipher suites and disable all SSL cipher suites on the about:config page (i.e. toggle security.ssl3.* prefs that are true to false) and enable one at the time to see if you can find a culprit and keep this suite disabled and reset the other cipher suites or possibly continue testing to see which ciphers work with this server.
Do a hard refresh of the tab with this not working page via "Ctrl+F5" or "Ctrl+Shift+R" after each change.
Boot the computer in Windows Safe Mode with network support (press F8 on the boot screen) as a test to see if this helps.
Do a malware check with several malware scanning programs on the Windows computer.
Please scan with all programs because each program detects different malware.
All these programs have free versions.
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.

i tried changing all of values (true/false;false/true) in security.ssl3.* ( around 23 values) , still dosnt work.
I installed other versions ( 20.0.1 & 18-0 & 28.0b9 ) it works fine with all of them. I think it must be a setting somewhere in this build of firefox ( 27.0.1 ) that is different. If you can think of anything else , pls tell me.
Create a new profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problem.
See "Creating a profile":
- http://kb.mozillazine.org/Standard_diagnostic_-_Firefox#Profile_issues
If the new profile works then you can transfer some files from an existing profile to the new profile, but be cautious not to copy corrupted files to avoid carrying over the problem
