I am currently unable to connect to my 'comcast.net' email. It was working fine until 12:20 on Nov 29. Thunderbird had just installed the latest updates (128.5.0esr (32bit))and it seemed to be OK. At about 1430 I was at xfinity store and made changes to my cable TV package. I informed the agent about my email problem, but he wasn't able to provide any help. When I returned home, I was still (and currently) unable to connect to the email server. When I 'click' get mail the 'system' tries to connect (the little blue line in the lower right corner is active and I soon get a message 'unable to connect'). I have been into SETTINGS and ACCOUNT SETTINGS numerous times and have made some changes with no success. I am wondering if it is a password issue (how to fix?) or a change somewhere else that I haven't found. I note thunderbird has 'recently' added encrypted requirements, Is there something there I should know about? I do not use a proxy server and have set for NO PROXY on internet connections. All of my other 'normal' internet sites seem to work OK. What am I missing? appreciate any ideas. John

I'm an author, publishing through KDP since 2022. As a UK resident, I publish initially on amazon.co.uk, after which Amazon sends the ebooks and print books to amazon.com and so forth. However, when I view the books on the US site, they are shown as 'currently unavailable.' This only happens in Firefox. I also use Chrome now and again, and it's fine there. The books clearly are available, because US readers buy them. But clearly I don't want to risk any US Firefox readers thinking they're unavailable, if they have the same problem that I'm having. I raised this with Amazon a while ago, but they said it was nothing to do with them, and must be an issue with my browser. I've recently published the third book in a series, and it's just the same. Any suggestions?

When I open Firefox on the desktop computer it automatically opens all of the tabs in bookmarks instead of just a singe page. How can I get it to stop opening all of the bookmarks automatically?

I installed the app, and configured the account for pop3 settings. Mails are coming, but when sent, it is not reaching destination. The settings are correct, as same setting works in aqua mail on same mobile (installed for testing purpose).

First started yesterday afternoon, after working just fine in the morning, it would not save to SENT folder. Now this morning it will also not save to DRAFTS (in tools>account settings>copies & folders>place a copy in) both of those are checked properly. PLUS, I have two email accounts in Thunderbird, and it now keeps popping up that it cannot sign into one of those accounts.

It is up-to-date, I have cleared the start-up cache. Don't know what to do next to solve these issues.

I am attempting to delete/edit saved addresses on my Firefox iOS app, because it's somehow piled up a bunch of addresses that I've used over the years that aren't mine or are outdated work addresses, and I cannot find a way to edit them.

Every time I go to Settings > Addresses, it gives me the checkbox to turn it on/off, and lists a dozen or two addresses. No matter what I tap/click/swipe, nothing happens and I cannot delete or edit any of the saved addresses.

Is this a glitch or am I missing something?

i restarted firefox, and on it's new tab when re-opening it offered the "review checker", so i clicked the "try on amazon" I don't get the icon in my search bar. is it an add-on/extension that i can just search for in the google store even though it's in beta?

My Firefox on windows 10 crashes tabs OFTEN. Mostly is seems to be Facebook and YouTube tabs, but other tabs will crash and this morning, the Firefox start page tab crashed. I've done "refreshes", I've uninstalled and deleted the folder and re-installed, I've checked the SSD for errors. Nothing appears in the event viewer. Is there some way to definitively figure what is causing this?

For the last few days when I am on the web using Firefox, my android screen is displaying large print - like it is zoomed in. There is no way to fix this. Assuming this is a result of your last fix/update. This needs to be addressed. This is not an issue with any other browser

My Firefox for Android has gone nuts. Everything shows in tiny fonts and all formatting has been lost. By that I mean that entire web pages are now showing where previously only pertinent sections were showing.

I've attached a screen shot of my Yahoo email page. Previously only the inbox showed with 20 emails to a page. Now the whole page shows. I have no idea what changed, or what I inadvertently changed, to get this result.

Faut-il convertir le fichier contacts.csv de Gmail pour retrouver un carnet d'adresses valide de la même façon qu'il est exploité au niveau de mon compte Gmail  ? Lorsque je quitte le plein écran sur firefox la partie réduite se met systématiquement en haut à gauche au lieu de retrouver la place que je lui avait donné auparavant. Comment revenir à un état entérieur où ça fonctionnait parfaitement ?

junk e-mails are automatically deleted and not put into the junk folder. I need to check the junk mail folder.

Help please - I can't find info on the net on how to fix this. I have done everything that I was able to find.
