For about the last 2 monthes, Firefox crashes regularly, with this message in a pop-up box:

Firefox Crash Reporter Firefox had a problem and crashed. Unfortunately, the crash reporter is unable to submit a report for this crash. Details: missing field 'include_url' at line 3 column 1

Afterwards, I can re-launch Firefox and resume activities.

I'm running Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems

I can no longer use credit cards for any purpose on any site with Firefox. If I use Edge all my credit card transactions are immediately approved. I'm using desktop with updated Windows 11. PayPal usage is unaffected on Firefox.

j'ai sélectionné la langue française mais toutes vos explications sont en anglais...? C'est dommage je ne peux profiter de vos nouveaux développements.

My outlook icon on the taskbar had a red X on it. I shut the desktop and restarted, but now Outlook is gone and Microsoft wants me to do somethings i don't understand. Whay to do?

I switch from Chrome to Firefox and imported all my "bookmarks". How do I view all the folders I had in my Chrome bookmarks? If I click the >> at the top, the bookmarks are not listed the way they were on Chrome, and I can't find the numerous folders of bookmarks that I had set up. In the saved links that do show up in the list, I see hundreds of links but they are unorganized. An outdated folder that says "Imported from IE" shows up in the list several times, but it's not the list I had on Chrome. Help ;>)

Hello, so I want to set up Two-step authentication. I’ve reached step 3, which involves entering the backup authentication code, but I keep getting an error message that says, "There was a problem confirming your backup authentication code." I’ve already entered all 10 codes provided in step two, but the same error message keeps appearing. Please assist me.
