I continue to keep having my firefox crash?
Firefox keeps crashing over and over every few minutes! its up to date and i have restarted everything...

You are certainly hitting almost all of the top crashers that are being worked on. I would recommend updating to the new version 30 that came out today. it might fix some of these, but not all.
You have more than on installed is this correct?

Also the crashes from 6/6 spike a few questions (they are odd as alot of the crashes are somewhat related and somewhat not):
- ID Vault are you using this?
- Are there alot of high res images on pages you are loading before it crashes?
- Does it happen in Safe Mode Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode
- Could you temporarily disable javascript JavaScript settings and preferences for interactive web pages
- Upgrade your graphics drivers to use hardware acceleration and WebGL
I do not want to say reinstall Firefox or Reset it just in case you have an elaborate profile, but let see if there are improvements first. There may also be a hardware issue with your computer. I would also recommend running a back up and a diagnostics test if you are also seeing issues in other programs on the computer.
