I've got several RSS feeds (all from the same site) downloading the same items multiple times. Further deleted messages are downloaded again. So far I've tried to deleted and add said feeds again. Also the repair folder option. None of which solved the problem. It may that the issue is on the server side, but I wanted to make sure the issue is not on my end first. I posted one of the feed links below if its any help.

I usually don't delete feed items manually. I let them delete automatically after a certain time, or if a certain number of messages have been reached. This method works fine for me. Not a solution for your problem, but may be a workaround.
